Pipeline teams need volume and consistency. The fastest way to break either is hiring SDRs onshore, ramping them for six months, and watching them churn out at month nine. NexOutsource builds dedicated SDR teams in Suva, training on your ICP, your sequences, and your CRM, and keeping the operating model close enough to NZ and Australian business norms that prospects respond rather than push back. Activity dashboards land daily; the team lead reviews quality weekly with your sales manager.

FAQ

Common questions

What's the typical SDR ramp?

Most SDRs are at 70%+ of activity targets by week 4 and full quota expectations by week 8. We use a 30/60/90 ramp tied to ICP knowledge, sequence quality, and meeting conversion.

Do NexOutsource SDRs run their own sequences?

Yes. Sequences are built collaboratively with you in the first two weeks, then SDRs operate them with oversight from a team lead. Sequence performance is reviewed weekly.

Will the team work in our CRM?

Yes. Whichever CRM and sequencer you use, the SDR works inside your stack. NexOutsource provides equipment and security controls; you provide seats.

How is this different from US-based SDR-as-a-service firms?

NexOutsource is aligned to NZ and Australia in language, hours, and operating norms, no late-night handoff problems. And we keep team sizes small and dedicated, not pooled across many clients.

Can we add an AE later?

Yes. Many clients start with one or two SDRs and add a closer once pipeline justifies. Same operating model, same security envelope.
