Our story

NexOutsource was founded in Auckland in 2017 and opened its Suva office in 2018, convinced that NZ and Australian businesses deserved a better offshore option than the Philippines or India.
It started with a small team of customer service agents in Suva supporting a single NZ client. Eight years later, that has grown into teams across customer service, sales, marketing, finance and back-office, but the operating model hasn't changed: NZ-led, Fiji-powered, people-first.
Today NexOutsource is a New Zealand-founded outsourcing company and call centre in Suva, with leadership that is hands-on in the business.
