How much does an offshore team member in Fiji cost per month?
At our published rates a full-time team member costs about NZD $2,137 (Tier 1) to $3,328 (Team Leader) a month, or AUD $1,794 to $2,824, excluding GST. That is 1,832 worked hours a year divided by twelve. You are billed for the hours actually worked.
What is included in the hourly rate?
Salary and statutory benefits, recruitment, training, a desk in our Suva office, equipment, IT and connectivity, HR, payroll and day to day management. There are no setup fees and no separate management fees.
Do you charge for annual leave and public holidays?
No. You pay for hours worked. A full-time year is about 1,832 worked hours once leave and public holidays are taken out, which is why a month works out at about 152.7 hours.
Is there a lock-in contract?
Every engagement starts with a 3-month initial term, so the role has a fair chance to bed in. After that you can walk away with 2 weeks notice to walk away.
How fast can a team start?
Typically 3 to 4 weeks from your brief to the first day, including recruitment, your interviews, systems access and training on your process.
What do the tiers mean?
Tiers describe the complexity of the work, not the job title. A role sits in the tier that matches what it is asked to decide: routine documented work is Tier 1, customer-facing work to a script is Tier 2, work that needs judgement and ownership is Tier 3.
